What SignFree doesn't do (yet)
To be straight with you: there are no templates, automatic reminders, team accounts, integrations or qualified certificate signatures. Only PDF files are supported. If your company needs those, a paid tool like DocuSign is the right choice. If you need to get documents signed without paying for features you won't use, SignFree is enough.

Is SignFree really a free alternative to DocuSign?
For everyday signing, yes. Signing your own PDFs and sending documents for signature are both free, with no trial.
Do my signers need to create an account?
No. They sign from the link in their email.
Where are sent documents stored?
Encrypted on servers in the EU (Frankfurt). They're deleted 30 days after everyone signs, or after 60 days if never completed. PDFs you sign yourself are never uploaded.
